Scheduling

Walla Walla OMS is open Monday - Friday from 8 am until 4:00 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please note that before we can schedule your appointment we will need your X-rays and a referral from your dentist or physician for Dr. Caso and Dr. Ash to review. If you have pain or are in an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to expedite your appointment.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that Dr. Caso and Dr. Ash provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time planned for a procedure. Emergency cases may also arise which require immediate attention. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

IMPORTANT PATIENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please contact our office by phone in order to expedite your appointment. For simple procedures, such as one or two uncomplicated extractions, an examination appointment is not always necessary prior to the procedure. However, more complex surgical procedures and all children’s procedures may require an examination appointment prior to surgery

Patients desiring intravenous sedation (put to sleep) require further helpful information.

DO NOT plan to drive yourself home if sedation is to be given.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
